We stay here a few times a year for the last 4 yrs. & have always been very satisfied. However not this time.
Loud irritating motor noise outside bedroom window after we went to bed, lasted about 20 min. We were told it was necessary for the air conditioning. The breakfast was mediocre at best.

There was fuzz/lint on the floor outside my room for three days, not sure how that was missed. As always the bed and pillows are hit or miss but you can't please everyone. The staff behind the counter was most helpful.

We enjoyed our stay and staff was very helpful. only part did not like was no elevator for 90 year old mother.
