Shower took a while for temperature to stabilize (it started very hot) and cool down. Kitchen was excellent with plenty of room in freezer/fridge. With only 1 bathroom there could be a wait, but I had no issues. Staff was helpful. Great stay for the price.

Excellent hostel.
I would highly recommend the Moderne Hostel to anyone looking for a clean, affordable hostel.
The bunk bed room and amenities I used were clean and maintained. The shower had hot water. They provided an extra blanket in the bedroom locker.
I recommend bringing an additional extra blanket and warm socks just in case you tend to be cold and you want to sleep with the window open for ventilation, as the mountain air from an open window is cold at night.
