This hotel was terrible! We did really try to stay here. The first room they sent us to the beds were thrown off of the box Springs onto the floor trash piled all in the floor. The second room they sent us to had trash on the floor I had to get up and mop the floor myself. Then, there were cigarette holes in the bed sheets. So we went and bought some sheets ourself at Walmart and cleaning supplies just to try to give them the benefit of the doubt. Then, in the middle of the night, there were roaches, climbing up the walls and our second day there, we found rats that was enough for me. We left! DONT STAY HERE I PROMISE YOU'LL REGRET IT!

The TV was broken and outlets wouldn’t work. The lady mentioned that the repair man wasn’t on to fix the problem. The hallway smelled like smoke. When we first arrived at 730 pm the lady mentioned we may not have a room because the housekeeper didn’t finish. We were in a residential part of the building a lot of people going in and out smoking right outside the door .

Never have I ever had to immediately check out of a hotel. The property pulling in was a mess, went to front counter to check in the receptionist was kind. After check in I was told the pool does not work(the gates are literally falling apart around it) was told the tv and internet also did not work. We had just drove 8 hours so we said it was fine, until we started to our room. Garbage over flowing from trash cans, carpets disgusting in halls garbage and food all over the floor. Bedroom garbage black mold around the ac unit, in bathroom all over the walls. Window had yellow stain from what looked like water leak from upstairs. Bed had what looked like urine and fecal stains over the bed. Sofa had staining and dried food?(possibly) all over it. We immediately went right back to check out and I will be contacting the owner as the sign says (no refunds at all). I do not understand how this place is allowed to still be operating seeing as now I looked at the reviews (a little too late) and this has been an issue for over a year. Will report to the BBB.
