Ripped wallpaper, broken toilet seat, room darkening curtains not fastened to the rod, no Doghouse Hotel Wi-Fi, no functioning TV reception during day one of stay.
Check-in staff poorly trained. Had to check with management regarding issues.

Really enjoyed our stay! The room was very clean and spacious and had everything you could need/want in there. The staff seemed to be bothered by interacting with you as you approached the desk to ask questions or get your nightly cookie/stout pairing at the bar downstairs.
Neon light above the bed in our room was not operating and appeared to have the wires taken out or removed by either a previous guest or a staff member who did not replace/fix the issue.
Brewery bartenders/staff were also very unapproachable. Everyone seemed to either be annoyed to be there or felt like they were doing more work than the others on staff and made it known to the guests.
Property was very nice but it seemed like staff was waiting for "somebody else" to take care of apparent normal tasks such as taking out an overflowing garbage can for 2 straight days or cleaning up/wiping down tables that were visibly dirty.
I know these are picky things but noticeable things that prevent this review from being 5/5 stars.
Would stay again and would recommend the property to others who are visiting. Easy to get to downtown Columbus and the town of Canal-Winchester is very close and inviting to hang around and grab dinner/drinks/etc.
