Terrible customer service!
I booked and paid for a King Suite, but they gave me a standard room. When I asked the gentleman at the front desk if I could get the suite I paid for, he first told me that I was mistaken about the room I booked. After I showed him the receipt, he changed his story and told me that there weren't any suites available. I then asked for a discount so that I was only paying the standard room price (through the customer service line of hotels.com) and he said that he couldn't because the normal price of the room was $140 per night which was more than I paid. (Even though the website that showed that it was only $99 per night for the standard room if I booked for that same night) and he refused to help me any further after that.
Also, there was somebody else's hair on the comforter in the room.

Front desk was very welcoming , the room was ok besides there was a pair of shoes and dirty razor was left in the room so housekeeping do not pay attention to things that are out of sight . Parking was great . Breakfast was ok
