bed was hard, staff unfriendly, thin comforter, sunken mini sofa, no coffee in room, no one at desk when ready to check out

Room was clean, air conditioner worked great, bathrooms clean. Wish it had a pool. Other than that was good. Staff was very accommodating! Thank you
