The fourth floor had a musty smell as soon as you stepped out of the elevator that just intensified inside my room. I tried to endure it but the next morning I didn't have hot water for my shower so that was the final straw.
Tai, the staff member was amazing in trying to accommodate another room for me but every room she saw in the computer as being available was actually dirty (not attended to by housekeeping).
I ended up just checking out 3 days early and finding another hotel.

The only issue we had was that the floor on the side closest to the a/c unit was wet. I’m assuming it was leaking.Other than that it was nice and breakfast was just ok. Would still stay again.

The night staff was wonderful. However the day staff and morning staff were horrible. We couldn't get our room cleaned while we were out nor fresh towels and I directly asked the desk each day. Then when we went to check out it was explained that we couldn't get a refund because we prepaid nor could we get some sort of room comp or extra points via my Marriot app. The receptionist didnt even ask if I was a member. The property was dirty and our room had popcorn kernels in the pull out bed for my daughter which was not made and we had to get an extra blanket for from the night staff. Like I said the young man who worked nights was wonderful and highly accommodating, everyone else not so much.
