Booked and confirmed a room in advance, got to the property about noon, no vacancies. Got a call around 6pm that they had a room just came available, already had booked somewhere else.

When I first ordered a queen size bed that queen side bed was not ready so they gave me a twins bed room the issue with that room the kitchen faucet is leaking all over the top counter then I had to stay the night in there then got off of work come back switch to queen size bed The room was so messed up that they had a dog in the inside pissed all over the floor and it smell so bad in that room never cleaned it up so I let the manager no what's going on about that room so they gave me a new room king size bed that was okay and than that I was very upset the way I had to switch rooms three times .
