First of all, we had difficulty getting the code to work to get in the door. Once we got into our room, the AC was making a horrible sound. We had to leave for the evening, came back to the same horrible sound. No one in the office since it was late (the office was closed). Had a horrible night trying to sleep with all the noise ( AC and street noise).
The next morning- the shower had very low water pressure and the temperature kept fluctuating.
Went to talk to someone about changing rooms- the only way to contact anyone was through email. I sent an email asking for a room change.
Several hours passed before I received a response. By then, we had already made the decision to check out early.
Won't stay here again, and definitely do not recommend this place either!

My son and I stayed one night due to him having a medical appointment in the city!
Although he’s only one I was afraid that I didn’t book the right room however it was perfect for exactly what we needed. I like the fact that I can walk straight out to my car in an emergency. I only wish there was an extra set of betting due to having a baby that decided to projectile vomit at 10 o’clock at night lol. However, I emailed staff and they were quick to respond to alleviate my situation. Front desk staff was sweet and the room was clean. Located in a safe part of Northwest Oklahoma City. Simple check-in and check out process couldn’t have asked for more.
