Front desk person was working in the bar /restaurant and unavailable to help : room AC wasn’t working (room was too warm) and the shower hot water cut off in middle of shower: I left the hotel :(

Good value and well located. A few minutes from the ExCel Centre in London. Bus stops and DLR line a few minutes walk. Lunch deal is great and the chips were excellent. Breakfast was decent for the price. You also get 20% off food when you stay, although there was no breakfast on the second day as it fell on a Sunday.
Fairly quiet to say there are large roads surrounding the pub/hotel

Excellent location, lovely size room. Was a little warm in the room overnight, but it was a very hot day. The corridor was noticeably cooler than the room.
Staff very helpful.
