It was nice to have parking onsite, and the food in the restaurant was lovely. Rooms were nicely appointed although I was disappointed not to have a complimentary bottle of water in the room, which most hotels at this level do provide, and the soap dispenser by the sink in the bathroom was nearly empty. The staff were absolutely brilliant, they made our stay very memorable for all the right reasons. Nothing was too much trouble. We would defiinitel go back. One thing to be aware of for anyone going there for the first time - as you come off the roundabout you need to turn immediately left, even though all you can see is a red and white no-entry sign. The road you need is right before it, but is very misleading from the main road if you;re travelling at speed. There is literally no time to see it before you whizz past and then have to go all the way around the top roundabout and back on yourself. The hotel could do with a small sign, letting people know they can take that road.

Hotel is clean and welcoming and easy to find. The staff are very friendly and efficient and take time to explain anything you need to know. Rooms are comfortable and clean, and the restaurant clean, good value for money with tasty food. I couldn’t find anything negative to say about this hotel, I throughly recommend it and will be staying there again in the future. If this is the standard for the rest of the chain I would happily consider any of their other venues. 10/10
