We had to end up changing rooms pay a little bit more, but that was fine. I have a service dog so staff and I talked about it, and I didn't feel very comfortable with my dog being so close to a pool and they did not want the dog to get any type of chemicals. If she decided to jump in.so we changed to a family room. The room was very clean and everything we got a stove. Refrigerator microwave bathroom, 2 double beds, 2 TV's . my only complaint was had internet for 1 day, the next day we did not and the beds need some mattress toppers on, so the bed was more comfortable, but besides that cannot complain.

Avoid this place – plumbing nightmare, scary elevator, and non-refundable! Save yourself the headache and book somewhere else. We started in room 208: zero water in the shower, yellow water from the sink, and a toilet handle so jammed the staff told us to yank it until it almost snapped. We were moved to room 508 where the water was clear, but the bathroom fixtures looked like they were from the 1960s. The building is severely outdated, and the elevator was terrifying—scraping and clanking against metal in the shaft like it was about to drop. Service is non-existent. The next morning after 8:00 AM, the front office was completely empty. I ran into another guest desperately looking for staff because her shower had no water either. Be warned: Hotels.com lists this property with a strict no-cancellation policy. If you book for multiple nights and discover how bad it is after night one, you are stuck and won't get your money back. Do not stay here.
