My children, husband and I stayed for a few days. It served its purpose, but that is what I can say. The room was clean, for the most part, although my daughter found an old dirty sock in the cubby of the desk. The room was cool, but very humid/muggy..making it for an uncomfortable night sleep. The smell to the room was also rather "musty". Then there were absolutely no chairs for the table OR the desk. When asked if I could get one, because I had to work on paperwork for work, I was told NO, due to they could not alter the inventory they had on file for the other rooms. Otherwise it was an OK stay.

The beds were horrible you could feel the springs the water pressure was very low I paid for my room through a third party in full then when I checked in I was charged an additional $100 I would never choose this place again nor recommend it to anyone

So at around 8am Mila from the front decides to knock on our door like if she was the police, just because they made an error and it showed that our room was supposedly empty. She then tells me I have to go to the front with my ID to help correct their confusion, I declined telling her I wasn't going anywhere. I had just a few hours of sleep (plus all the noise you hear at night time), and was going to check out that very same day by 12pm; I offered to give her the checkin paper which she declined. 10mins later she call the room asking again for my name which I had already provided. Thank you for that and being rude, you costed me the last 3 hours of sleep I needed. I would never stay at the Hotel chain again.
