The receptionist Stephanie was amazing! Lots of support and good communication. But the shower room fan either is not working or they just don’t have one. Also there are no shower door. Everywhere be came so wet and humid.

The room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. A fridge, coffee machine, kettle and a television showing plenty satellite channels were available.
A nice touch was a small selection of crackers, jam and crisps, and bottles of water were free. I didn't have breakfast during my stay so can't comment on the food or coffee you can get from a nearby pasticceria, caffetteria.
The apartments are in a safe area, within 10 minutes' walk from restaurants on Via Chiaia or Riviera di Chiaia and just a few minutes' walk from Piazza Amedeo station, where you can get a train that takes around 15 minutes to reach Napoli's main Piazza Garibaldi station.
The apartments are quiet but some guests who don't live near main roads may be slightly disturbed by the noise of cars or vespas moving along Via dei Mille.
The reception staff, Stephany and Arcangelo, both speak English excellently and are very welcoming and helpful.
Overall, I would definitely recommend staying at Prestige Rooms Chiaia.
