This is a basic motel room. It was fairly clean, but dated. It served its purpose for a comfortable night stay closer to our destination for a camping trip.
Bed was comfortable. Fresh linens and towels. I appreciated that there was a fridge.
It's fine for an affordable overnight spot.

The motel is run down. Very run down. We had a cabin and it smelled like mold.
It’s fine for a night if you’re stuck and need a place to stay, but I would not recommend a longer.

Room was clean, the internet was fast, beds were comfortable and the shower was hot. It’s all we needed. We’ll be coming back next time we are in Gravenhurst.
