Breakfast was burnt first day, 2nd day was ok, the best part was the stuff them hotel did not cook, juice machine was broken all 3 days. Pool was dirty, bathrooms did not have fans made it very muggy, rooms were very very muggy, and general manager did not say what the $40 accident money was, she just said $40 when I check in, I had to ask her what it was for.

First off, the check-in process with our concierge was wonderful. She was very polite. The lobby area was clean and you can also smell the cleanliness, which was consistent throughout the hotel. Complimentary Breakfast was good. The pool was nice but wish it was warmer for it being a heated pool. Our room was great with all of the amenities. We had a handicap accessible room. Only complaint was the air conditioner had a high pitch whistling when set on high. The room was quiet, clean, and overall, great quality hotel.
