The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not good. If you arrive later, all eating places closed at 8:00 except Pizza Hut. It was very good however.

Rooms are not cleaned efficiently.
Booked a room, description said kitchenette. It had a refrigerator and a microwave. Nothing to cook on no dishes supplied, nothing.
We stayed one night and had booked an additional night before checkout that had to cancel that reservation due to a family emergency that had come up.
I have been working with the third-party to get a refund back. Manager refuses to return a phone call or an email.
We Followed the policy in regards to the cancellation and they are still avoiding providing the refund or even responding to the inquiries
The only thing this place had going for it was the beautiful park across the street
