The staff was so helpful. I have a horrible sensitivity to smells and there was a cleaning smell in my room that would have made me very ill. The young man on duty immediately found me a new room, inspected it himself, brought is bottled water and came back about 30 minutes later to be sure the new room was ok. I would stay at this hotel again simply because he was kind. But that is not were this review ends. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable and I was surprised with how quiet it was. I marked this hotel as a favorite so as we travel through this area we know that this is the place to stay. And the price....honestly was a huge deal!

Ice machine did not work, complimentary breakfast was not worth it, there was literally nothing but bread, muffins and coffee and juice. Room was clean, no extra trash bags or cups for instant coffee or tea in room. Staffing was very friendly.

Rooms were dirty, linens were stained, nonsmoking room smelled like an ashtray. Spoke to the front desk and the worker was rude but showed us all of the other nonsmoking rooms available and it was the same issue. The manager wasn’t on property so she called and he was even ruder. We refused to stay because we had small children with us and it wasn’t acceptable standards even for adults and the manager was supposed to call last night to remedy the situation and never did. If I could give zero stars, I would.
