Very nice for a room above a pub. Everything worked and was clean and well maintained. Our room was serviced every day, which is a nice touch.
The pub is in a good location in between two busy streets with lots of shops, takeaways, restaurants, etc. nearby. Central Brighton is an easy buy ride or a £10 taxi journey away. Parking might be an issue, though.

Lovely room, helpful staff. Despite being above a pub, I didn't find it noisy in the evening. There was however a keg delivery at 7am which was a little more disruptive. No breakfast, but cafes a short walk away.
