I recently stayed at the Fairfield in Denton, and unfortunately my experience fell short of expectations.
The air conditioner had a noticeable unpleasant odor, which made it seem like the filter or unit was overdue for maintenance. Throughout the night, the refrigerator repeatedly made loud popping noises, making it difficult to get uninterrupted sleep.
The biggest issue occurred Sunday morning. My room was on the first floor, directly near a meeting room where church services were being held. The music was loud enough to wake me up several times. Since I had worked overnight, I was trying to sleep during the morning, so the noise was especially disruptive.
The staff was courteous, but the maintenance issues and noise made for a disappointing stay. I hope these concerns are addressed so future guests have a better experience.
