Nice property with limited facilities and unusable shower - scalding or freezing. 10am checkout on a Sunday untenable, with a reminder by the cleaners!

We stayed at Casa Fresa, Lomond suite (basement) for 2 nights recently. Sean, kept in touch regularly regarding the booking and checking in, which was all seamless. The flat itself was spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable and with a great tv. It was also a very nice touch to receive a bottle of prosecco and biscuits on arrival, thank you so much! We travel to Dundee regularly and this is without doubt the nicest place we have stayed in. We will be coming back again in future!
