The room was not clean at all. Mirror in the bathroom was covered with toothpaste marks. The room was absolutely boiling to the point it was unbearable check out was 11am we had to leave at half 7 in the morning because we couldn’t sleep all night or even sit in the room from it being so hot there was a fan in the room which was broken. From the outside the ‘hotel’ looks shut down all the windows are blacked out and the doors are locked and covered with random stickers. I guess it was helpful being so close to Wembley Stadium but they definitely have a lot of work to do to make it more comfortable for their guessed possibly air conditioning would be a good place to start.

Reception was closed (for referb I think) and we were not able to get in contact with the staff at the hotel very easily, had to go to the shop next door and ask them to ring the hotel staff, phone number was wrong on this app, mine was too for some reason so this is a hotels.com issue really. Did try to communicate via the app to ask for the number but they were unresponsive after the first message where they said the reception was closed. Was very helpful when we did get in.
Once we did get in, there were a few issues with the room, two of the light switches did not work, they did provide a fan and a small fridge (was in the middle of a heatwave, which was very thoughtful). There was no lock on the bathroom door, just had a hole where it should’ve been, shower door had a gap in it so water just went through during the shower.

We made the 4 hour drive down to London to find the hotel closed up, and looked to have been that way for a very long time.
