Lovely people, Ace location, and a clean bathroom.... Sadly that's where the praise stops. The accomodation area of the pub needs a good scrub and paint, particularly the rooms. The room was sparse with nowhere to hang anything and the bed needs replacing urgently. It's ultra soft which pushes you into the middle, where the springs attack you. I could barely get up to go into the shower in the morning and woke up feeling I'd been assaulted. Sorry, can't recommend.

Pretty run-down place for the price. Slept well enough. Booking showed that amenities included a free breakfast but was told "we don't do breakfast" on arrival. I wouldn't stay here again.

Knew this was a small room with no wardrobe or drawers but enough hooks and hangers to hang clothes. Bed was clean and comfortable, large TV in room and although sink in bathroom could have been bigger, shower was fine.
Good breakfast free of charge with room
