The place was excellent. The price was right. My only concern was communication around entry and parking. You need an access code to get into the building. You also have to have an access code toget into your room. We got one access code and it did not work for the building. There's 24-hour parking on South Street about four blocks away. It was $25 a day. But we never did figure out the access code for the building. Fortunately both times we needed entry. There was someone nice enough inside to open the door for us. We had an issue with the access code when we return late that night and we had to be given a new access code. Management needs to do a better job of communicating their phone number for assistance and explaining if there is one access code for both the front door and the room or if these are two different codes.

I received email that the room was ready with code & instructions. We got there at 4:30, the bedrooms & restrooms were dirty! Called to let them know room was not ready and asked for another room because we were short on time and needed to take showers to get ready for a game. They couldn't accommodate us so they sent 2 ladies to clean the apartment while we were getting ready which was awkward & very uncomfortable! After a 6 hr drive our plan was to get to our room get ready and have the time to eat, enjoy the stadium before the game! Instead we had to rush and didn’t get the chance to experience the stadium like we wanted to!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants one. From the moment we arrived, the apartment was not in acceptable condition. The carpets were heavily stained, there was visible dirt and trash throughout the unit, and the back screen door was shattered with broken glass left on the ground. It was clear the apartment had not been properly cleaned or inspected before our arrival. The most serious issue came a few days into our stay. My daughter woke up covered in bite marks. At first, I assumed they were mosquito bites, but after inspecting the bed, I found a live bed bug on the mattress. We immediately reported it because no family should be expected to stay in a unit with bed bugs. The response from management was disappointing. They informed us they had no other units available and asked us to remain in the apartment until the following day so they could inspect it. That is not an acceptable solution when a guest has already found a bed bug and a child has been bitten. They also only offered to refund the unused nights if we checked out early, despite the issue existing while we were already staying there. As someone who also hosts short term rentals, I understand that unexpected issues can happen. What matters is how they’re handled. In this case, the apartment was not properly prepared for guests, and the response did not match the seriousness of the situation. I cannot recommend staying here based on the condition of the property.
