Stayed last year and really enjoyed it so booked again.
This time was very disappointed.
We had cockroaches in the room. Told reception and no one came to clean.
Meal times was like a school canteen both quality of the food and the bedlam of the amount people.

The hotel is well located but it really needs a upgrade.
The room we were in is "renovated" but the floor was all puffy from humitity and also the doors could barely close because of uneven floors,
The cleaning lady did not come to clean until day 4 and did the worst job ever ( i did let the hotel know but they did not send anyone to do a better job) no new sheets, didnt take any trash and i am sure she only cleaned the toilet it self...
The aircon did not work in the bedroom.
If you are looking for all inclusive with entertainment for kids this is not the place.
The main pool is soooo cold it is barely usable. My kids love the ocean that is cold but this was tooo much.
The pool tables really need a upgrade and the stick were leaving little cuts all over the fingers.
The playroom downstairs was really dirty, and no supervision so the kids are spilling food and drinks everywhere.
The shows in the evening where no "shows" just kareoki or disco.
I will not be coming back to this hotel.
