Radiator not working so room was cold, tap on bath rattling and water spurting out took ages to fill bath. Shared room with a dozen ladybirds..canteen downstairs never open. Unlocked and unsafe left luggage hall.i came fownstairs a few times about radiator in the night and noonf on reception rang number on desk but it wasnt regonised. Reception not manned at all times.. the room was big and lovely and location good.

Was very disappointed about this hotel, the pictures was nothing like the hotel itself
Needs updating, the rooms was really basic the tv in the room was no bigger than a computer monitor and the shower was terrible
I will not be booking here again
