Not a nice time when the room you are given has one double bed when there are 3 guests one of them being 15 years old. Asked for a room where there were 3 beds as I had booked and paid for this. They offered us an alternative room which was nice then charged extra for the privilege without my consent. No Manager to be found and the senior member of staff couldn't understand the issue? Could have been cleaner and very dated furniture and furnishings. Food not good. Disappointing experience, we have family in the area and we're looking for a new base as we stay a lot in the area

The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was not very clean though which let it down. Convenient access to room and acceptable breakfast. Staff were friendly.

Nice room, comfy bed, shower was good but hard to keep in the correct position. No food served on a Monday or Tuesday night which is not mentioned until you arrive. All in all an ok place to stay.
