The room 4, which had a sea view, was small but perfectly adequate for 2 adults as was the bathroom. The continental breakfast provided in the room consisted of instant porridge, cereal bars and 2 rather sad croissants with plenty of tea, coffee and milk. The 2 people at reception were very helpful with suggestions for free parking only a couple of blocks away. The station is less than a 5 minute walk with regular trains to Edinburgh (30 minute ride). A perfect base for the Edinburgh Fringe festival!

Perfect stay for our early rise to join a landing trip onto Bass Rock.
Nice and quiet, slept well and only 10mins walk to the harbour.
Breakfast was in our room and we had requested a vegan breakfast which was exceptional. Also treats!
Staff were kind and efficient, thankyou.
Highly recommend.

The staff were wonderful, nothing was too much for them and once I explained the first bedroom I had the first night was too small, as in the bathroom for a large gentleman like myself and the shower too small for me, they changed my room, I still struggled with a single bed, so I would ask for a double bed next time, also be aware, there is a none refundable policy in place, so if did want to cancel in plenty of time, you won't get any money back, just a thought, but again, staff were fantastic and very friendly
