I arrived early round 8:30 am. I waited in the lobby until 12:50 pm when the room was available. The two persons at the check-in desk were indifferent to the fact that a room was unavailable yet.
The location was great. There were restaurants and convenience stores nearby.
I do not recommend this hotel due to the indifference that greeted me when I arrived.

The entrance to the hotel is disconcerted tu when you take the elevator and get to reception, your idea of having made a mistake disappears. Small but cozy and the staff very kind, professional and ready to help. The rooms are comfortable clean, spacious and the cleaning staff is always attentive, available and friendly. The only thing that could be a problem for older people is that the shower has a slightly high tub if you have balance problem. The location is unbeatable, very central and reasonable prices,
If you want breakfast, La Mallorquina is there, crossing Puerta del Sol, you want to have a dinner, bars, restaurants with all kinds of flavors and if you want to save money on food you have El Corte Ingles just crossing La Puerta del Sol again!
As a bonus you have a mini refrigerator in the room an you can always request to use the microwave at the reception. That’s it, when I’m in Madrid this is my favorite and convenient place to be.
