The hotel itself was great. Breakfast was great. The room was great. Check in was a nightmare due to a lady named carol. I booked the room for my daughter calling ahead of time. To make sure she can have a late check in because she was driving across texas for her.To be turned away by carol and was literally sleeping in the parking lot. When I called her to see if she was in her hotel at four a m. After a twenty minute argument on the phone with miss carroll, my daughter was able to get into the room that I had already paid for. I feel that it would have been seamless. Ifcarol wouldn't have made it so difficult. In the end, she was apologetic and i've got my daughter into her room, but it shouldn't have had me having to call at four o'clock in the morning and continue to argue with this woman until she allowed my daughter in the room.It was ridiculous behavior.

I was a cleaning supervisor for caterpillar and responsible for 3 millions square feet including executive offices. I really was impressed with the cleanliness of the room I used to inspect for a living . The only thing I saw that needed to be done was the carpet up the stairs needed to be cleaned. Else was spotless yay for housekeeping and yay for the maintenance!
