Had a hard time finding a good hotel in Fort Worth. I won’t stay anywhere. Very clean. Very nice staff, and the area is close to pretty much everything. Go to Fort Worth at least once a year and can’t wait til I go back

I really wanted to love this place because the staff members were absolutely amazing—everyone we met was so kind and helpful. The hotel itself is newer and looks great, but unfortunately, the execution fell a bit short. Even though it’s a newer building, our room definitely showed wear and tear. We also ran into an issue with the amenities; the hotel ran out of towels, which seemed to be from a mix of understaffing and a lack of preparedness (BTS concert in town). Finally, breakfast was a bit of a letdown because it started too early and the service window was way too short, making it hard to catch. It has great potential and the team is wonderful, but the management needs to iron out these operational details.
