Unexpected cash deposit for TV remote contro and electronic card key....they wanted $50 but I only gave them $30. Probably won't use this hotel in the future due to lack of amenities, unexpected deposit and location.

When I arrived they had said my reservation was cancelled they didn’t know why, and still charged me. Had to go through the process for a refund and now I have to wait for my money. I was left stranded with no room and every other hotel around the area was sold out. The mist of sold my room for a higher price to someone else.
