This is not a Hotel, and it should not be listed on Hotels.com. It is a motel, that rates rooms in three-hour periods for people who just need some private time together. Which is fine, if you make that clear online that this is you main profile.
The building is located right next to the subway lines, which run over the ground at this point. When you are inside the room, there is as much noise as if you were standing at a subway station, with a train passing every two minutes. It was impossible to stay there, we left after about two hours to look for an alternative. When I complained about the situation at the reception, they did not offer to give our money back, in fact, the lady who checked us in made it clear that the payment will be non-refundable.
The towels in the room were stained.
When the receptionist lady showed us a different room, the door of that room was almost impossible to open, she had difficulty getting in. The room faced the same train tracks.
I have been to many hotels in many countries, but this experience was the worst I have ever had. An absolute waste of 114 dollars.

My partner and I stayed for one night, and we really enjoyed our experience. The front desk staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. They were able to assist us when our room did not have a remote and were happy to answer any questions we had.
The room was spacious enough for the price and had a private bathroom, good Wi-Fi, plenty of towels, and a comfortable temperature throughout our entire stay. We also really appreciated that the hotel offers smoking rooms, which is something you do not see as often in the industry and was a unique feature we enjoyed. The hotel also offers rooms for a few hours, which can be convenient for travelers who only need a short stay.
There were a few minor downsides. At night, some of the surrounding streets were a little concerning due to limited lighting, although we felt safe inside the hotel. You can also hear some noise from other rooms, but it was not excessive or disruptive. Our bed sheets did have a few holes in them, although they were clean and did not affect our stay. We also found the $50 fee for a two-hour late checkout to be a little high, especially since some other hotels in the area offer late checkout at lower costs.
Overall, depending on your needs, this hotel did exactly what we needed, especially considering it was a last-minute reservation. The staff really made the experience enjoyable, and we appreciated the unique amenities and overall value. We would definitely recommend
