though the room is extremely small but it was clean and tidy. Not muchh room to move around. Staff is very customer focused.
Location is fantastic, close to places to eat and there's an excellent Turkish coffee shop and eatery which one must not miss.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend staying at Zedwell Knightsbridge based on our experience. We arrived at the hotel at 2:00 PM but couldn't check in until 3:00 PM. While that is understandable, we were shocked that we had to pay a £10 fee just to store our bags for that single hour. When we finally got to our room, we were greeted with dirty bed linen and sheets, and the walls were heavily scratched and in very poor condition.
The room itself was incredibly small; the total floor space available to stand on was barely 2 square meters. It also lacked basic amenities—there was no wardrobe to store our clothes and no glasses in the bathroom to use while brushing our teeth. The only place available to store our luggage was under the bed. However, there was an LED light underneath it that kept turning on and off randomly, causing a lot of disturbance. The worst part was that there was absolutely no way to turn this feature off.
At departure, the hotel disappointed us yet again. The check-out time was unusually early at 10:00 AM. When we asked to store our bags after checking out, we were told it wasn't possible because their luggage storage was full. The staff showed zero willingness to help us or find a solution to this problem. Overall, this was not the accommodation or service we had hoped for.

The location and the price were great! However, the fire alarm went off two out of the four mornings I was there, and the air conditioner did not work for one of the days that I was there. Staff was very friendly, and the property was very clean.
