Inside the room was pretty decent. Bed was comfortable. Customer service was not good. Arrived one hour before Check in and there was a number to call. I asked if it was possible for us to check in but was told sure, $25, uh not for an hour. Came back slept and was gone the next day, husband misplaced/lost key card. Only gave us one so he went to get another one and was charged $10, I went to get some ice and the ice machine was disgustingly dirty. I went to the office and asked where I could get ice and was told the machine was down. Very dirty outside areas. Inside was pretty clean.
