No washcloths in the room. Had to call housekeeping. The latch was missing to lock the door.

Check in was great. It went downhill fast. A couple was arguing mostly all night from 730pm-4:30am. The staff finally made it upstairs to quiet them. We killed three bugs the first night. No washcloths in the bathroom. Mixed match towels. The next day, we went out about 930am, came back that night to find our room was left opened. Luckily, our stuff were still there. The hotel staff said we should not have been out so long. Every night, a couple was noisy.

Aside from the price, this place lacked a LOT: Staff annoyed every time a key didn’t work. 12oz can of soda: $4. No towel racks or hooks in the bathroom. No dressers to put clothing. No luggage rack. A useless closet to hang clothing using the 3 hangars provided. An elevator that stopped at random floors and took forever to move.

1 minute walk from McDonald’s.
