I accidentally selected the wrong date when making my hotel booking. The reservation was supposed to be for the 11th, but while I was searching for another hotel and trying to find the cheapest option, the booking automatically changed back to the 4th when I was trying to book for the 11th.
I contacted an agent right away to see if they could move my reservation from the 4th to the 11th, but they said there was nothing available on their end. I then asked for a refund so I could make a new reservation myself, because I can see that the hotel still shows availability for the 11th on my side.
Unfortunately, they are refusing to give me a refund, even though this was an accidental date selection and I contacted them to try to correct it. I’m asking that you please review this situation and consider refunding the booking so I can rebook the correct date.

When I got to that Expedia booked me to it eas locked and closed. A sister hotel nearby. Was able get me a room at the last minute, I thank them for that, but Expedia should not have booked a room in a closed hotel!
