We arrived for check in around 4:30. Several people ahead of us in line were told their room was not ready. Our turn and the young man working the desk went to check and came back told us our room was ready. The floors were still dirty, linens had not been washed as still had smell of woman's perfume on one side of pillow, back patio had trash, AC didn't work well. Small loveseat had stains all over, no desk chair, freezer in mini fridge was a big block of ice with small hole that was dripping water, the pool was cloudy. We messed around on the beach a few hours and decided we could not stay the night in the room. Too dirty and uncomfortable. Waste of money.
