Hotel was taken over from
Existing Ramada brand by FairBridge. There was no name of the hotel to be found on street and it was so dark. Not much outside lights infront of the lobby. Staff was not motivated to greet the guests. Only try to answer when asked. In the room desk lamp has no bulb. Bed mattress were bouncy. Coffee machine not plugged and not working. No soaps in the bathroom.
Breakfast was a joke. No butter or cream for breads.
At checkout I asked front desk to give me owner or manager email to mention about all these. He tried to find business card only to say later oh he. Can’t find the card!!!
I don’t understand why they are even running business like this.
Please don’t stay here!

Our room was disgusting! There were ants all over the room. The toilet seat was broken. The bedding was gross. The front desk was not helpful whatsoever!

The entire facility is disgusting. Checked out 5 minutes after checking in . The room was filthy and had a horrible bleach smell throughout the room and hallways. The pictures of the hotel are not recent or accurate.
