This unit is an upstairs unit of a duplex with stairs to access the entry. Located in an older part of North Charleston. You will park outback (Please come down the alley turning on 24th street-first alley on your left) in the driveway in front of the garage door (it's grey). A sunroom front porch is available to you to enhance your stay, with comfortable seating and a view of 7th Avenue. The indoor space has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything you need for a short term or longer stay. The living area showcases a 55 inch smart tv with a comfortable sofa and a reclining lazyboy. Each bedroom has comfortable mattress for each queen bed . A washer and dryer is located off one of the bedrooms for easy access to do your laundry.
