The space
Salty Peach 1 is newly renovated and beautifully decorated. Large main bedroom with a comfortable king bed. Extra room is a small room used as a kids bunk room (would not recommend for adults but sleeps 2 to 4 kids). Fully stocked kitchen for all of your cooking needs. We sit a 1/2 block off the seawall, with easy access to the beach. You can hear the ocean from the front porch (you can not see it as our house is too low below the seawall). This is the downstairs of a duplex (upstairs / downstairs unit). It is a single family home that has been converted but you will have complete privacy. The upstairs unit parks behind the home and enters through exterior stairwell. The downstairs guest parks in front of the home and enters through the front door. Both units have their own washer/dryers. Please let me know if you have any questions!
