The space
Hidden away above the garage of a large historic beachfront home, this little gem is sure to deliver a delightful beach escape when you need one! Situated beachfront on the main stretch of Keansburg's beautiful sandy beach, the living room and dining area of this comfortable 2-bedroom apartment offer NYC city skyline views on a clear day. The proximity to the beach is also unrivaled -- just a short walk across the street and you'll be relaxing on Keansburg's FREE beaches, and unwinding in the gentle waves of the Raritan Bay. This prime location also provides easy access to entertainment for the whole family, with Keansburg Amusement Park and Runaway Rapids Waterpark just 1/4 mile west on Beachway Ave, and Half Moon Restaurant (with pop up market on Tuesdays!), Breakwater Beach Pavilion, the beachfront playground, and Keansburg's beach concert and movie series ALL 1/4 mile east on Beachway Avet! And in case there's not enough to do right outside your own front door, you will be only a 20 minute drive from Sandy Hook Gateway National Recreation Area, and all the outdoor adventures the national recreation area has to offer!

Guest access
You will receive codes for the door locks in order to access the home and the garage upon your arrival. Guests will have access to all areas of the 2-bedroom apartment except for locked owners’ closets. Guests will have access to a private back patio, including outdoor dining table with 6 chairs, and bikes available for use in the garage. Guests will have shared access to the garage, which is also used by any occupants of the 5-bedroom main house (also an AirBNB rental). Guests will NOT have access to the 5-bedroom main house, or to the front/side yard and patio area, which is designated for private use by occupants of the main house, and which is a separate area from the private back patio available for guest use (on opposite side of the house/garage).
There is a large driveway with off-street parking for 1 car in the garage and 1 car in the driveway, for a total of 2 off-street parking spaces.
Guests have access to a Roku Smart TV (log in to your own personal account and you will be automatically logged out at checkout).
