Near major stores (Subway, Starbucks, Walmart) Lyft/Uber to the attractions. The interior has a full kitchen and refrigerator and home amenities. There is washer/dryer so you can stay fresh. The outside looks like a motel, but the location is central, safe, quiet.this peaceful and centrally-located place.

I take cleanliness very seriously. Linen and towels are washed in hot water for maximum cleanliness. Mattresses are protected with mattress covers.
Easy Uber/Lyft to Convention Center and The Strip.
The condo is located 1 building away from Tropicana (a major road) so there could be traffic noise from large trucks and emergency vehicles. I just want to mention this for people who are very sensitive.
If you want suburban quiet and then this condo is not for you. This condo is small, about 640sf, but it has all the comforts of home and is located in the city; conveniently close to the major attractions and work places.

Other things to note This is an urban condo community and appeals to budget conscious travelers. The unit is located in a diverse community. Most of the residents are hospitality employees. It is not community of upscale professionals (even though the interior is intended to be stylish). The outside looks like a motel but the community is safe.
Please no partying or smoking inside the condo. I am a "neat freak" and I have high standards of cleanliness.
All linen is washed in hot water for hygienic reasons. The mattresses have protector cover under the sheets for extra cleanliness. Please feel free to message me with any questions.
