Welcome to Oakland! The Laurel District is a centrally-located neighborhood that brings people together for both work and play. It is home to restaurants, tap rooms, artisan coffee shops, fitness centers, boutiques, and grocery stores. We are less than a 15 min drive to 2 lakes, hiking and mountain bike trails, a golf course, and the Oakland Zoo.
Although the neighborhood is thriving, our street is nice and quiet. You'll enjoy a peaceful stay in this downstairs studio.
