The apartment has 2 windows, portable A/C, ceiling and floor fans, and heaters.

There is only street parking which is usually available within a few buildings away.

This is already of the cheapest studios in the area and another discount is already applied so please do not ask for a further discount unless looking for a 6+ month lease.
