LIVING SPACE - Open concept living space with floor to ceiling windows. 60" Smart TV allows guests to log-in to any of their personal streaming accounts, or connect with a smart phone and screen share. Seating accommodates two (2) people. The kitchen is stocked with all cooking essentials.

Guest access
Property is outfitted with a smart lock. Guest's self-access codes will be provided the morning of arrival.

Other things to note
⋆ Pets under 50 lbs are welcome for an additional $25/day up to $175. Monthly pet rate is $300/month
⋆ Early check-in / late check-out may be requested for an additional $30.

HOUSE RULES
1. This is a NON-smoking residence. Smoking and drug use are not allowed at the premises or on community property - this includes vapes, weed, or other illegal substances.

2. NO PARTIES. Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music.

3. There is a zero tolerance policy for any illegal activity occurring at the property.

4. A signed rental agreement is required for access to the property is granted.
