We provide all of our guests a starter kit of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, etc. Guests can purchase any additional consumables from nearby stores that they think you might need during their stay beyond what's included in the starter kit.
The apartment complex may run maintenance or clean the gym, and other shared amenities as they see fit at any time. Please be aware.
Health, safety, and the well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we have a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each guest checks out. Please be aware that Texas is known for having all sorts of bugs and creatures, especially during the summer, that wander around and can sometimes get into the home. Bugs and creatures such as silverfish, earwigs, cockroaches/waterbugs, scorpions, spiders, wasps, mosquitoes, flies, snails, moths, ants, etc. are all very common in Texas and the South in general, and might show up in the home from time-to-time. The presence of a few of these critters does not indicate any sort of infestation in the home, as usually, it's just the critters trying to escape the blistering heat or the freezing cold like everyone else.
As Texas temperature starts to heat up, please be aware that your units' AC may only cool down to a certain temperature, especially if the blinds are opened or the unit gets sunlight. Rest assured the AC is working fine as of this writing based on regular inspection
*Access to the gated vehicle area and amenities requires a smartphone with an internet connection. We will contact you after our previous guest has checked out to provide instructions and credentials prior to your arrival. Due to updated building security requirements, only one device can remain logged in at a time. If we are unable to reach you, we will notify you of our attempt and you will need to contact us back. Rest assured, we will also provide alternate parking and pedestrian gate access instructions should you be unable to set up the smartphone access.
One bedroom closet in the second bedroom will be locked and not accessible to guests as that is where we store our cleaning supplies and other essentials. Only our cleaning/maintenance team has access to that. We apologize for any inconvenience. There are various other closets in the entire apartment to store your belongings.
There's a security camera pointing away from the door entrance for safety purposes.
