The unit is located in the heart of Montrose, a vibrant neighborhood in the middle of Houston and 2 blocks away from West Gray street where you can find plenty of bars, cafes, fine dining venues and shops.

This is one of the wealthiest and attractive areas in Houston. Centrally located, it is about 30 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from the medical center, 5 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from The Galleria.

The unit:
The street in which the property is located is very quiet and private. Once you walk through the side gate you can access the private fenced backyard through which you reach the unit door. Napoli is at the ground floor of a 2 story building.

You will have the whole unit available for you and your party - 1 large bed with a queen memory foam mattress is located in the spacious living room that also includes a sofa, an open closet and a 55" TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table, a full range cooktop and hood, microwave and dishwasher. You can also enjoy an Italian coffee on us with our Nespresso coffee machine and complimentary coffee pods!

There is 1 full bathroom with a large walk in shower. Towels, shower gel, shampoo, shower mat, hairdryer are provided.

The private laundry room is inside the unit and it includes washer, dryer, and cleaning supplies (including a vacuum). Iron with iron board are also provided. By the laundry area you also have a working station with a desk, a bookshelf and a table lamp with charging ports.

There is plenty of street parking along the street and in the neighborhood.

The unit is secured and monitored with 24/7 cameras.

Guest access
You'll have the whole unit to yourself, with a private dedicated entrance. When you enter from the side gate you have access to a very large private fenced and secured backyard which is only shared with the guests of the unit at the 1st floor.
