The space Our apartment is part of a small sized apartment complex. It is located on the 2nd Floor of our building for added privacy and less noise. There is no elevator in the building. If stairs are an issue, please let us know, as we manage other units at the same complex that are located on the first floor.
This apartment is 1,092 sqft in size: - Bedrooms are located at opposite ends of the apartment. Each bedroom has a king sized bed.
- There are two full bathrooms, both equipped with a shower and bathtub.
- The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, baking sheet, basic cooking utensils, silverware, glassware, bowls and plates. If you find that you are in need of any kitchen items (within reason) upon your arrival, we are happy to have these items sent to the apartment.
- There is a screened-in porch. We have not purchased outdoor furniture at this time, but still feel free to hang out on the porch or open the door to the porch to let in some fresh air.
-There is a washer and dryer in the apartment.
-You will have access to the pool and gym.

Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment, as well as the pool and gym on-site. There is a key inside a lockbox on the front door of the apartment that will grant you entry. You are welcome to check into the apartment anytime after 4pm on the day of your arrival. We may be able to accommodate an early checkin depending on our calendar for a $45 fee. Early checkins start at 1pm. At the very least we can arrange for you to drop off your bags early.
Other things to note Our place is located at the intersection of Ashley Phosphate and Dorchester Road. These two roads are convenient to both I-26 and I-526. You are central to all areas of Charleston!
Parking is free on the premises. Two parking passes will be left in the unit for you to use. You will need to display a parking pass on the dashboard of the cars your group brings. Any cars parked in the complex's lot that do not display a pass will be towed. If you bring more than two cars, you can park the extra vehicles in the neighboring Publix's parking lot.
