--This cozy rental includes a kitchen with a retro fridge/freezer, sink, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender & coffee maker.
--Enjoy pure, fresh drinking water with our reverse osmosis system
--Essentials like plates, cups, cookware, utensils, & paper towel will be provided for your use.
--Along with coffee, creamer and sweetener are provided.

--There is enough space for one (1) car to park on the right side in the driveway by the garage. Additional cars can park on the street for a maximum of 3 nights but must request parking permission to avoid a ticket, google "Milwaukee Temporary Overnight Parking Permission"
--There is one small bathroom with a shower
--A hair dryer and showering essentials/bath towels are available. Hangers and a dresser are provided for clothing storage.
--Shared Washer and dryer in the basement along with an iron and ironing board.
